What is failure to success?
At times transaction made by the customers shows a failure response from bank but later changes to success This reflects as a 08 response code in the merchant panel.
Why auto refund?
In a cases where transaction becomes successful later, and customer is debited, the system will initiate an automatic refund of the amount to the customer.
