As you know we have been trying to optimize our panel just for you. We have now placed the need help button on two places on the panel. One is directly next to your profile information on the top right corner. And the other is placed on the left, among all other dashboard options.
You just need to follow these simple steps:
- Log in to merchant
- Go to need help
- Raise your ticket
Raising a Ticket
Once you reach the need help section. You have to select the category of your grievance. You must select from the options as best as you can. This we ask of you so we are able to process your request faster.
After you do so you must select a sub-category as well. You will be led to ticket-raising. Here you have to fill out all relevant details and if necessary submit documents.
Tip: Attaching screenshots of technical issues helps us better assess the problem.
This is what the need help page looks like. You will see 10 categories of issue you can select the category as per the issue you are facing.
After you select your category you have to select among sub-categories. They will appear below the main options.
Now you can fill out details of your request and submit your ticket. Note that:
1.You can add screenshots of errors file issues here. This will help us understand the problem better.
2. In case there are transaction issues please upload relevant excel sheets. You will also need to attach relevant documents while updating information. So if you are updating your address with us, you need to send us address proof documents as well.
Tip: To know the best format of the document. Click on choose file. For mandatory fields, a sample of an ideal complaint will be present. You can see and formulate your document accordingly.
All your tickets are recorded under ticket history, this is an option at the bottom of the need help section. Here you can view all your old and existing tickets and check their status. We have done this so you know where your request is and you know we are working on it. You can visibly see that your ticket has been recorded and is being attended to without raising a separate concern.
