Q. Since when have you been using Paytm?
Q. How has your experience been with Paytm so far?
Foodpanda is one of the earliest adopter of digital wallet and has since long reaped the benefit of the overall convenience it provides to the customers along with easy reconciliation system provided by Paytm to merchant and customers.
Not only as payment channel but sheer base of customers that transact through Paytm provides great opportunity to the merchant ecosystem to acquire new users if services are communicated properly. Overall, we consider Paytm as our partner in growth.
Q. What are the advantages and disadvantages?
Advantages – Quick payment flow and reduced time spent on checkout, overall better conversion. Preferred method of payment for millions of Indians
Disadvantages – We have seen none

Foodpanda is one our esteemed merchants using our Add and Pay flow for accepting payments through customers via their web & app platforms.
What is add & pay?
When a customer chooses to pay via Paytm Wallet on merchant’s website, Paytm will allows the customer to use the available balance in your Paytm wallet to pay for the said order/ service. In case the order amount is more than the available Paytm wallet balance then upon choosing pay through Paytm wallet it will redirect you to a page where the customer can add money to Paytm wallet through desired payment mode and then pay for the order.
It’s an easy, quick and hassle free way of paying for your order.
