Generally, cashback gets credited in the Paytm wallet instantly. In rare cases, cashback might get delayed for one or more items due to multiple reasons including non-KYC account, technical delay due to heavy load on the app etc. However, even in these cases, cashback gets processed into the customer's Paytm wallet within 24 hours. We advise our users to wait for atleast 24 hours for the cashback amount to reflect in your Paytm Wallet.

Where to check the cashback?

To know whether the cashback has been credited into your Paytm wallet for your flight booking, check your wallet statement under the ‘Passbook’ section of your Paytm App.  Make sure that you are logged in with the same mobile no/email id used for booking the flight ticket.
