How can I track my order?
The tracking details usually get generated within 24 hours of shipping the order. You may get the tracking details from “My Orders” section on the app or website by selecting your order.
However, if the tracking details are not generated even after 24 hours of shipping or the tracking details are incorrect, you may reach out to us. We will be happy to help you.
Similarly, you may also track your return order.
Time taken to deliver the order
The estimated delivery date is displayed when you are placing the order. You may enter your pin-code to check the estimated delivery date before placing the order.
Order not received but marked as delivered
If you have not received the product which has been marked as delivered, then you are advised to promptly reach out to our customer service team. We will investigate with the courier partner and will resolve the issue for you.
