Shopify

For Shopify and other merchants who wouldn’t wish to make integration changes for bank offers, Preference-based support for running bank offers/ Subvention support is available.

The merchant can get the Bank offer or EMI Subvention campaign created with the help of the KAM or in the DIY mode(bank offers), enable a preference on the MID through KAM/ticket, and the bank offer would be live on the merchant's platform. This feature is applicable to all checkout flows.

Preference enabled Bank offers / EMI Subvention

  1. Merchant requests KAM or raises the ticket for enabling the preference. The request is forwarded to the internal team which enables the preference on the MID of the merchant.
  2. Merchant takes the help of KAM/DIY through the dashboard and gets the bank offer created. For EMI Subvention, the merchant gets the offer created with the help of KAM
  3. Once the preference is enabled and the bank offer/EMI Subvention campaign is live, the users of the merchant can directly avail the bank offer on making the transaction

     Note:

    • By default only the best offer applicable for the user’s transaction will be applied to the transaction
    • Once the bank offer/EMI Subvention campaign is live and the user makes any transaction within the range of the transaction limits, the bank offer gets directly applied.
