Create Disbursal Account

To create a Disbursal Accounts, follow the below steps:

  1. Under the 'Payouts' section on the left main menu, select 'Accounts & Passbook'.
  2. Click the 'Create New Disbursal Account' button.
  3. Enter the 'Account Name' and the 'Purpose' for account creation.
  4. Click 'Create Account' button.


  • Disbursal account once created cannot be deleted. However it can always be edited.
  • Sub-users can be allocated to disbursal accounts to ease out management of sub accounts.
  • Use 'Manage Users & Roles' for both the above functionalities.

Edit Disbursal Account

A disbursal account cannot be deleted. However the account approvals, users and roles can be edited using the steps below:

  1. Under 'Settings' on the left main menu, select ‘Manage Users & Roles'.

  2. Click the 'Payout Accounts' tab.

  3. Select the desired Disbursal Account under the ‘Account Name'. Alternatively, you can use the 'Search' functionality to locate the disbursal account.
    This presents you with the details of this disbursal account such as the associated user and their roles.

  4. Click the ✎ (edit icon) to Add/Edit/Delete ‘User' and their ‘Roles' from this section. You can also manage the Approval flow of fund transactions for the selected disbursal account from this section.

  5. Click the 'Save Users' button.
