Refund Policy

Monthly/Quarterly/Half-Yearly Plan/Economy Plan

Usage deposit - Usage Deposit is taken for security and fair usage of the card machine. This deposit is refundable upon return of the device as per below policy.

1. Usage deposit will be refunded as per schedule given below:
   • 1-3 months of usage: 75% of deposit will be refunded
   • 3-6 months of usage: 50% of deposit will be refunded
   • 6-9 months of usage: 25% of deposit will be refunded
   • After 9 months of usage : No amount will be refunded

Super Saver/Zero MDR Plan

Usage deposit - Usage deposit is taken for security and fair usage of the card machine. This deposit is refundable upon return of the device as per below policy.

1. Usage deposit for card machine is refundable as per below policy :
   • 0-3 months: Full deposit will be refunded
   • 3-6 months: 50% deposit will be refunded
   • 6-9 months: 25% deposit will be refunded
   • >9 months: No amount will be refunded

Annual Plan

1. Annual rent for card machine is refundable as per below policy
   • 15-30 days: 75% of the amount paid will be refunded
   • After 30 days: No amount will be refunded

* Usage is considered from date of deployment of device

Applicable for all plans

1. Any pending rentals or damage charges (if any) will be deducted from usage deposit
2. In case of any fraud or tampering by merchant, usage deposit will be forfeited.
3. Refund will be processed in 60 days after return of the device.
