How to onboard and check lead status of FASTag via PSA App?
- Min KYC is mandatory for the customers before they purchase the FASTag
- Make sure the customer/merchant has the RC of the vehicle while buying the FASTag as it is a mandatory requirement
- Sell the FASTags for commercial and non-commercial vehicles as per class type
- Select Individual offers, then select FASTag option and tap on Issue New FASTag
- Scan the FASTag barcode OR enter last 10 digits mentioned on the FASTag
- Select the vehicle class as mentioned on the RC
- Enter the vehicle number and tap on Proceed
- Enter the customer's Paytm mobile number to which FASTag has to be linked
- Read and agree the T&C
- Enter the Paytm code sent to customer's mobile number
- Enter the name of the car owner and email id
- Upload the front and back of RC
- Tap on generate Payment QR
- Ask customer to scan the QR code using Paytm App and make payment for the FASTag. Acknowledgement will appear on successful payment
