Process for Updating FASTag inventory & returning existing inventory

  • Sales team will fill return inventory jot form.
  • Sales team will have to provide his mobile no, name , FASTag serial numbers and quantity which PSA want to return.
  • Sales team will then enter Paytm SPOC E-code and mobile number who is filling the jot form.
  • If FASTag serial matches with PSA records then he will get the refund accordingly for FASTag's returned.
