What permissions in PSA App are required to sell FASTag ?

  • FSE/PSA requires PSA App access and permission to sell FASTag
  • Incase in 'Individual Offering' section of PSA App, FASTag option is visible but agent is not able to tap and open that option, then the agent can raise a mail to distribution.helpdesk@paytm.com with error screenshot and his registered mobile number.
