How to cancel payments on Android devices

• Click the 3 bars at the top left of the screen
• Recent transactions will be shown on the screen. Select the payment which needs to be cancelled
• Enter your registered mobile number
• Open your Paytm App. Go to Scan QR and click on Show Payment Code at the bottom of the screen
• Enter the OTP shown into your app
• Payment will be cancelled. You can check this in your recent transactions
• A red cross will appear next to the payment

How to cancel payments on Linux devices

• In the recent payment option, select the payment you want to cancel
• Select F1 for more options
• Select Void Payment and press Enter
• Enter your registered mobile number
• Open your Paytm App. Go to Scan QR and click on Show Payment Code at the bottom of the screen
• Payment will be cancelled. You can check this in your recent transaction
