At Paytm we provide you the option to do a refund in bulk, you can follow the below-mentioned steps :
1. Login into your merchant dashboard
2. Go to the "Refund" tab
3. Click on "Bulk refund" and download the sample file
4. Fill the details in the file and then upload the same by clicking on "New Bulk refund"
