My payment gateway account is Upgraded, but my customers are not able to make payments through Credit Card & Debit Card. What do I do to make them enabled?
Can I do partial refund ?

I have uploaded all the business documents long time back after Instant Activation of my account, all of them are not yet verified. When will my account get upgraded?
Does soundbox announces failed/pending transactions?

I have an App and it's not released on Google Play Store/ iOS App Store. What URL do I need to enter while submitting the application for account activation?

Can my customer pay via any other UPI app if they do not have Paytm
