Yes, you can initiate the refund for payment collected via QR code. To Initiate a refund to your customer, follow the below-mentioned steps
1. Login into your Merchant dashboard
2. Go to the "Transactions" tab and click the transaction for which you need to initiate the refund.
3. Click on the "Initiate Refund" button and then enter the amount to make the refund.
