Why I am not receiving transaction/payout alerts ?

Please check which email ID/Mobile number is updated for notifications, you can check the same by following below mentioned steps -

 1. Login into your merchant dashboard
 2. Click on settings on left hand menu.
 3.Click on Dashboard settings
 4. Click on Notifications
 Here you will be able to see if your correct details are updated or not, If not you Can reach out to us
