How do I resolve APN setting issues in my EDC device?

  • For APN setting issues, set the APN settings as paytm.com in SIM settings and insert active sim in slot 1
  • Check whether the device is pre-mapped or not
  • Ensure that the device is charged upto 40% and then try to perform the above two steps
