I didn’t receive my settlement/payout

The total amount accepted by you in a day (24 hours) is transferred to your bank account by the next day or as per your settlement frequency. Paytm sends settlement SMS / app notification with reference number and bank account details after settlement, sometimes due to network issues you might not receive this notification while settlement is still done in your bank account. We recommend that you  

  • Go to  “settlements” tab in your Paytm with Business app
  • Check your bank account statement online


If you still can’t find your settlement, don't worry your money is safe with us and we will retry sending it to your bank account again in the next 24 hours. If you are not able to find your settlement, even after 2 days of transaction, contact our 24x7 helpline.
