What should I do if the transaction status on the EDC device shows processing but is successful according to Paytm for Business App?

The payment status on the machine is accurate. You should always provide services only if the status on the machine is successful.


If Paytm for Business App show transaction status as processing, any amount that has been incorrectly deducted from the customer's account will be reversed in their account within 5-7 business days.
