I am unable to provide charge slips to the customer

You cannot provide charge slips through D190 device, you can instead send SMS on customer's mobile or ask to scan receipt QR through Paytm App. In case of Android device, please ensure that the paper roll is sufficient to print the receipt and payment is successful.
